RecommendedI love the great food and service at Krolls. This place is always a favorite go to for me. I sometimes forget about it but when I’m out shopping I enjoy taking a break to grab some food here. Today, I had phenomenal service from Shavelle who is on point to listen to customers, provide beyond stellar customer service, and is very observant to make sure drinks are always filled up too. my waitress didnt really check on us and I found a large piece of hair in my chili fries which I could tell the chili was at least days old. When me and my friend got our food we took a bite, and to only find that her chicken sandwich was raw in the middle and mine was dried out. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Not even the manger checked on us about the food or anything.
The manager was very rude , and cussing in front of my boyfriend and I , just don't have questions about being allergies to tree nuts and seemed seeds Horrible
