My husband and I just moved to Minot AFB, and I found this place online and was instantly interested (I love diner food). There were some other people there complaining about having only one waitress during the slow time of the day, but I used to manage a restaurant so I understand, and if we are going out to eat, we are going to take our time and ENJOY it, so no problem there! North Dakota German comfort food...Kroll’s hasn’t changed at all! So happy that they’re in more locations!
Waited 10 minutes to get a glass of water. Was about to leave (wish I had). A pleasant waitress then took my order. 32 minutes passed, no contact with any staff, no breakfast, so I got up and left. Do not patronize this restaurant. Worst service ever.
Comfort food at its best! Caramel rolls are the bomb!!!
