I made an appointment for a flu vaccine at this location. I made the appointment online at 10:30am for a 12:30pm appointment time. Arrived at the pharmacy at about 12:20pm and waited in line until about 12:30pm. When asked what I was there for I said "12:30 flu vaccine appointment". The person helping me turned to the pharmacy manager and said he is here for a flu vaccine. The pharmacy manager then responded "we are too busy".
