Had my prescription for my daughter for days that she desperately needs. They texted me saying it would be there in 2 days. I go there and instead of them calling me to inform me it's not there or so I can search somewhere else they tell me me they're out of stock. Very unprofessional. Had to call around to get her medication filled. NEVER going back to Kroger for anything. This is heart medicine for a 18 mo girl.
Jozeta is rude and deliberately delays RXs. She is nasty and condescending. I've watched her be rude and difficult with other people as well. I will not fill a Rx that I don't recognize there again. Don't trust her. Jozeta is in the wrong business.
It use to give efficient and courteous service. Now Rx's are late and a black lady pharmacist there is just rude.
