These people are never in a hurry making patients wait days for prescriptions and they only have one lane to pickup. I definitely do not recommend this pharmacy! We have plenty others in town and I'll be switching today.
Not hang up on potential customers and then when you call back and speak with a "Pharmacist" they have the I could care less attitude. I was going to change over from Publix to Kroger, not any longer.
Amelia threaten to withhold my RX because I was frustrated having waited an hour for the Pharmacist to show up. I asked how much longer and was told the Pharmacist was waiting on Triple A to change a tire. You can change your own tire- apparently Amelia, who had been sitting and loudly complaining to a co worker ( for almost 20 minutes) that the company wasn’t taking enough precautions to protect her, was offended by my comment about the tire. Recently transferred to this pharmacy from Rite Aide. First rx, the person out my insurance in wrong and tried to tell me my insurance was denied. Second experience yesterday— called at 9:15 am to get a refill and was told I had to wait until the next business day to pick up a generic boomed. When I arrived a day later to pick up my led, I had to wait 35 mins in line. NO THANKS!!!!! You’ve just lost my business and I’ll be switching to Instacart as well!
24hr+ wait on a prescription...AFTER it was received.
Not me but my granddaughter has to wait way to long, my pharmacy fills mine within an hour or so from time ordered.
Every time I come to this pharmacy they tell me it's gonna be 45mins to an hour for pickup. I waste time and gas riding around and waiting until it's ready. We found out that my daughter has gestational diabetes yesterday and prescriptions we're called in, I called to check on them and was told they would be ready in 2hrs. So I decided to wait until this morning to pick them up only to be told they are still not ready. All the cashier could say is I'm sorry over and over....sorry but sorry is not going to get her sugar check... read more
