This is regarding the Tiffin Avenue location. I used to get my prescriptions filled at the Sixth Street location because it is closest to where I live. I always hated dealing with their parking lot though. It's crazy busy, hard to get in and even harder to get out. Then I broke my foot and was in an ortho boot, so I decided to transfer my things to the Tiffin Avenue store in order to utilize the drive thru pharmacy. My first few times there were awesome. I love this Krogers! I never have any issues and am always helped when needed hardly ever because I know where almost everything is! When they unexpectedly closed the store once I even had all my groceries put in my bags and held onto so I could pick them up the next day! This Kroger rocks!!

Last week I left my wallet in a cart. An employee found it and returned it. The cash was missing but it was worth it to get my wallet back. Thank you very much for returning it. Ps the cheese case is the best!!! Love it!

Went there at 1:15 yesterday to get Starbucks and lunch. Woman in deli made boars head subs. While making the subs, she proceeded to remove chickens from the oven with raw chickens roasting. Cut meat at the deli print labels at the register on the other side. Wipe her nose on the side of the glove and finish the subs. Never once changing the gloves . I lost my credit card in one of the check out aisles last Saturday. The check out person called the store manager. The store manager immediately shut down the aisle, got on his hand and knees and within 5 minutes I was walking out of the store with my groceries and credit card in hand. Can't say enough about the kindness and patience of The Mgr., the check out person (wish I would have thought too get her name) not to mention the people in line behind me. I work in the Deli. and have been there almost 5 yrs. There like family there very helpful. In the Pharmacy when I have had my prescription re filled they have been very helpful on any questions I have had on my medicine. Now when I do my weekly shopping there and it looks like I cant find something all the staff has been helpful in finding the item.
