What can I say. The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist are so overworked it is absolutely terrifying to watch them. This certainly is not their fault so PLEASE be kind to them. Also, the Kroger texting system is an utter fail. They send you texts with the last few digits of the prescription number as a to identify the prescription. Well, who out there has their prescription numbers memorized. Not me! Also, I found out today from the pharmacy technician that they send you more than one text when a prescription is ready. ... read more
