It’s time for Kroger, as a whole, to borrow a page from Amazons Corporate leadership book and start thinking about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in there today after my former doctor sent me on a wild goose chase to get my migraine medication. They fill medication when THEY WANT TO FILL IT. If they don’t fill it due to insurance, they make no attempt to communicate that to customers either. RecommendedIt’s a pharmacy... took an hour and a half to get my dads prescriptions filled after having every tooth pulled and dentures put in.
Everytime I come to pick up prescriptions for my Mom. There is never anything ready. Even after they call & say something is ready! This is getting really old!!!
