The customer service at Kroger Euclid Pharmacy sets a high bar that competitors can't touch. Leda and Alexus are stellar - smiling, caring, helpful, and efficient. As long as they're employed there I will never leave. They make the mundane task of picking up prescriptions a pleasant experience every time.
This pharmacy is disorganized. On three separate occasions, I’ve come to pick up my medications after calling them in ahead and being told they’d be ready for x-date, just to get there and be told they weren’t ready or the order did not go through for one reason or another. Kroger, like most retail pharmacies, tend to severely understaff their stores, leaving the employees and customers to pay the price. I luckily I don’t take any life or death medications, but I’d definitely recommend against using this store if you do.

I never leave reviews. Truly. However, I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for years and they didn’t have my meds so I transferred to the Kroger. I have to compliment and applaud Maci who works at the pharmacy for her outstanding service and actually acting like she cares. She was so pleasant and didn’t treat me like an inconvenience with the numerous questions I had. She deserves a raise and praise. I appreciate you. Maci is the type of employee that carries a positive reputation for this pharmacy.
