I have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone is super friendly and the pharmacists are awesome. I used to get prescriptions at another pharmacy due to insurance changes. So glad I’m back at Kroger Pharmacy. Anyone having an unpleasant experience needs to go somewhere else and see the difference in customer service to appreciate them.
Great staff. Always compare my insurance copay with GoodRX to give me the best price. When the pharmacist didnt have a prescription needed ASAP in stock, she checked around to find it for me. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating.
This place hands out whatever they feel like and claims they can’t get what you’re actually prescribed. Poor management. Don’t waste your time.
This is a special shout out to Sammie. I saw her have to deal with two scummy insurance denials, and from her tactful handling of the now annoyed and confused customers to helping the clients with what their best steps to proceed with were, she went above and beyond. This is not to short the rest of the staff of credit. I've never had as pleasant experience at a pharmacy than here.
This place is a complete disaster! Their automated prescription refill sytem will call you, confirm what prescription you want refilled and they never have it done. Today I was told that the automated system doesn't actually work. Pretty reckless considering people actually rely on their prescriptions!
