waiting on rx to be filled after calling ahead to be told that they were working in it two hours prior! Hello! I’m sick and didn’t want to sit around your waiting room while hurting everywhere and that is why I called two hours prior to check in the status of my rx ! Just tell the truth
Really had it with the alexis store. I like the artisan bread that you slice and take home, but they've been keeping out of date bread on the shelves the last year. latest bread I sliced and brought home developed mold two days later. I might point out that occurred even keeping the bread in air tight bag. Happens regardless how you store it. Totally unacceptable !
What happen tonight .... We stood in line for a half hour? ... Were you guys short handed on Cashiers? People WERE pissed .... THAT is NOT good .... Hope you get more workers
This location is right across the street from my home. I was so disappointed to see the news tonight; a man with a therapy dog was asked to leave the store. Ok, so the law says you can. Does that make it right? I would ask you to please reconsider your stand on this. As a regular customer, I would not be upset to see a therapy dog in the store.

I brought the kids with me to get a few groceries and they wanted a piece of the kids free fruit but the bananas were rotten!
When the customer tells you they were offended by their remark and they go on to tell you " you don't get it..." and never bother to apologize...
Kroger food is great and the fuel rewards are a good deal. The pharmacy is a rip off and will not by my prescriptions from any Kroger!
