Friendly and professional.
This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had. They seem to be incredibly understaffed at all times. My prescription is NEVER ready on time, if they even have it at all. They’ve had me consistently wait 3+ days, then tell me I have to get it from a different pharmacy. They also don’t answer their phone 80% of the time, so I go in person to find out it’s not ready (yes I check online and it just says “not ready”- no eta).
This pharmacy is understaffed. Most of the employees work very hard and apologize for the wait!! Iappreciate that help!!
This pharmacy is a disgrace... just terrible. My 4yo has an ear infection so I took him to the doctor at 9am and his prescription was put in immediately. I waited a couple hours then checked to see if it was filled, they claimed my doctor didn't send it. I called my doctor back to verify they had sent it in, which they had so I tried to call kroger back and they wouldn't even answer the phone!
