store has the worst management out of all the krogers i shop at... i know its not a krogers only thing because the 2 other krogers on this side of town are excellent.
I have been in the line waiting to pick up for nearly 25 mins and counting, no acknowledgement of my presence or the others in line. Only to be told the prescription I came to get is not ready at the time expected. My mother’s medicines are NEVER ready at the time promised. Regularly filled scripts never ready. For needed medications so I have to wait. This is ridiculous
