The best time to pick up my medication is between 5-6pm due to the hours that I work. I always come to this location on my way to work because it’s closest to my apartment. I arrived this evening around 5:45 and the window was already closed. It was closed yesterday when I arrived around 5:30-45. Because of this I have been without my medication for two days. I can hardly skip one dose let alone 4 doses. This is unacceptable. Something needs to change or I’ll find another pharmacy with lower prices.

Doctor sent over Rx for flu. Was told 1 hour wait. Heard nothing. Came to get Rx almost 2 hours after it called in. Was told 30 more min. Been another hour. 3 hours after RX called in no word from pharmacy. Called pharmacy and phone line down. VERY sick child at home and cant get a simple RX. Horrible Customer Service! Will NEVER be using this location again. Not first time this has been a issue. Going back for a 3rd time and expect to be told they need more time. No excuse for this!
Andy is the only helpful employee there and thank goodness he is the pharmacist. Several of the techs and even a couple of the pharmacists are just plain rude to customers. If you don't like your job then please find another one. Also, they have one of the slowest drive-thru services I have ever seen.
Always helpful. When problems arise they help figure it out and try to fix it.

This place is terrible. They refused to follow my doctor's when it came to refilling medication until they finally talked to him. Called me back apologizing and said it would be ready on a specific date. When I got to the pharmacy drive thru the guy told me that there was another complication even though that person didn't tell me that. So after getting that "figured out" and him nonchalantly saying "I don't know what happened.." And refusing to let me speak to a manager he says "give me 20 minutes to get it ready."
