I came in for a flu shot. The pharmacist named Roger refused to give me the shot despite still having 30 minutes to closing. Extremely unprofessional.
Chenning was horrible told me she couldn’t find my profile and that it did not exist, verified info asked my name 10x to be exact like she couldn’t hear!!! Verified my info didn’t ask if anything had changed or get details to confirm it was me. I left location and no meds for 2 days thinking I must had it at another pharmacy. I went to my call log to check my calls a day later and it was this location. Your technology needs improvement. I should receive a notification as soon as my prescription is ready not 6 hours latter after I have already picked it up. That’s weird.
Very good pharmacy, great workers and quick service. People are friendly and the pharmacists work hard to make things work for everyone. I often get my vaccinations here!!
