The lady was more concerned about taking lunch than explaining my medication, sad they do not care about customers
For fear of sounding bitter and scorned—I’d like to preface this with, I have worked as a district medical office manager for many of years so, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I have just had MULTIPLE instances where they, “never got the refill called in”, just to have it confirmed by the providers office it has been. I understand when meds are harder to get, but wow. Make sure they have your number every time you go in or call in, if you are wanting notified when a script is filled.
