Thank you so much for always being so friendly. Today while I was there with my 2 little boys a lady (manager type) gave my son a huge green balloon! He was so excited and kept saying "thank you" as we pulled away!
The cashier on 11 today said " oh i wish my mom would buy me food like that" well guess what, that was my aunt, shes actually buying me groceries to help out because my mother just died, employees here need to learn to keep their mouths shut especially if you dont know whats going on in a persons life. I will never shop here again due to rude employees i hope this business takes this into consideration cashiers need to keep comments to themselves they dont know who they could be offending.
The workers get in trouble for stuff they never said or did. They also play favorites. They will yell at one worker for something and let the others do nothing. That's why they have a hard time keeping people thair. They NEED to fix this issue before they loose more workers. I would not recommend anyone to work at a Kroger store.
