Worst customer service ever!! Pharmacist is rude and even the techs are rude!! One older lady huffs and puffs when she doesn’t like the questions I ask about my script and I just literally walked away and complained to the store manager. Didn’t do any good. I’m switching pharmacies!!!
I would like to work with you in maintenance
They had me picking up a monthly medication Weekly for 3mos. FED UP I finally asked why? The pharmacy said it was 'per my script' which was 100% WRONG / A LIE been on the same medication & dosage for 14yrs, then the pharmacy blamed my insurance NOPE I called insurance - it was the Pharmacist 100% It got corrected after 3mos but if they're that careless reading scripts I don't trust them & took my business elsewhere.
