I used Kroger Click-list and have had a horrible experience. I bought groceries on 01May2019 to be picked up between 5pm and 6pm. I received a call that day at 4:30pm stating my groceries would not be ready at that time and was asked if I could come between 6pm and 7pm. I said no, but I can come back on 02May2019 between 5pm and 6pm. I arrived at the pick up location at 5:37pm and waited until 6:08pm before my groceries were brought out. RecommendedI love this Kroger they food always fresh.. the place is clean & the workers are friendly & you can ask for help from anyone... what I noticed about the workers they don't bring there personal problems to work.. the workers really do enjoy there job.. and enjoy helping the customers find what they are looking for... I watch the workers really closely because to see if they are happy to be working... or is it just because they are money hungry🤔 but looks like to me.. they really love there job... keep up the good work Kroger... read more
