Kroger has put me in severe medical distress, several times. For example: rhey claim that my aetna part D name brand preventative inhaler, which I have done my best to resolve since June 21, when I was told it would be filled- they claim to have texted me requires a P.A, but did not. On June 30th when I was able to get to the store I was lied to by the pharmacist on duty. It still has not been handled by them.
