I used to love this pharmacy, the pharmacist are always so great especially Jimmy, but recently services have been declining, most of the staff is unfriendly and not helpful, about two weeks ago, I had issues with my prescription and was told I was going to be able to get it filled the next day once it arrived around 12pm but then when I showed up I was told they couldn’t order it but the dark haired told me it would be here, it was not! I like the location of the pharmacy because it’s close to home. But since changing their hours, closing early on Saturday and Sunday. Has made it very inconvenient to pick up a prescription. Going back to Walgreens at least I stay up until 10.
Stood at pharmacy 10 min with two employees back there. No other customers. Never was acknowledged. Never be back to kroger.
