They have never really been an issue in terms of getting the prescriptions that I need filled, however they are a constant inconvenience in terms of hours of operation... 9am is too late of an opening hour, should be 8am, and why would you shut down the entire pharmacy for lunch everyday? They have 5 or 6 people working in the pharmacy and they can't send 1 or 2 on lunch break at a time and keep everything running??? Most people will be available to pick up their meds before work... Are people supposed to know that your pharmacy hours are different than what they are on Google AND your website? I went there TWICE at posted hours only to find it CLOSED with a sign on the door with completely different hours. Are people supposed to magically know the new hours that aren’t posted unless they walk up to the door? Are they going to be compensated for the gas they waste when they find out the pharmacy is closed?
Can’t even get my medicine because they can’t answer the phone🤣
I was irresponsible and didn’t get My prescription refilled of the medicine that I Cannot, not take. Natalie the pharmacist went out of her way to not only help me get my prescription refilled, but got it ready super fast. Thank you for helping me!!
