Best pharmacy ever!! The techs are efficient, even when understaffed, and always smiling. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best price on your meds offering discount cards if needed. Top notch treatment!
Very unprofessional I waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! Then when I get to the window I ask the lady did she use my insurance card sense my payment was so high she said yes just to find out she didn’t use my insurance card she was just trying to make me pay the total cost for my prescription.
I came here for over 20 years until I noticed that usually ONLY the pharmacist cared about patients. Then, they started rotating pharmacist. I asked for 6 months in a row if they would please run my payment on my Krogers Pharmacy club. They always came back with "awww , we already ran it on your other insurance." The non pharmacist people need training to be courteous! I have met a few people who were great, but they are overshadowed by the workers that hate their job.
