Incompetence all around. Long waits. Rude staff. Lots of run around to get clarity on anything. They have billed prescriptions incorrectly but reassured me multiple times over months that it was correct and the price just went up. Turns out they weren't even billing my insurance, only a discount card. This happened with both my daughter & myself. Super n̈ice pharmacists but the answering machine is horrendous It's probably worse then a CIA investigation with all the ridiculous questions to speak with anyone in the pharmacy
