On hold for hours just to be hung up on multiple times, can't even get my meds because it takes 3 days to fill one script. Will be moving my meds to somewhere else.
I've never had a better place to get medicine, always friendly staff, very helpful dealing with insurance and Drs
Pharmacy workers are rude, cocky and obviously hate their jobs. They hang up on customers, generally unfit to deal with people on a daily basis. The pharmacists for the most part are ok. It's the workers. After a year of their nonsense, I went out of my network and choose another Pharmacy.
Of course they don't follow the schedule. What is the point of having a schedule if you're not going to uphold it? They're supposed to be opened back up and back from lunch by 130. Of course They're late per usual. 0 stars if I could. The WORSE managed kroger in the country
