I have been ill all winter with Shingles. I could not have made it through this hard time without Clicklist. I got my groceries and never had to leave the car! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I love Krogers and support you every shopping trip I have.
Feel it's sometimes too big and causes a little distraction when attempting to just do grocery shopping. However, I have found some great shoe deals! :)
This store Rocks! I'm so glad I moved to the area! I came out to get what I needed for Thanksgiving dinner and that had it all! Unlike the other Kroger stores in surrounding neighborhoods! #HappyCustomer
Worst worst worst. Been waiting for a supposedly special order for a Click list order of placed October 12th. DO NOT use click list with this store, they lie and they don't know what they are doing. I've contacted multiple times about the order and been hung up on or given another excuse as to why they couldn't fill an order of 20 baby wipes. I even contact corporate and got no help. Worthless the click list option is. Never again.
Did Click it tonight, and got home to a bag with raspberry juice everywhere. Apples, cucumber, and bananas all sitting on top of a container of fresh raspberries. Evil bagger-1 Me-0
This Kroger gets progressively worse. The click list lines are ridiculous. The lines back up to the access road causing issues. They are NEVER stocked in the store. Produced section picked over, shelves are a wreck , and always out of stock of something. Thank goodness I have another location the same distance from my house that actually keeps their location stocked.
We waited in line for one hour for our click list groceries. We then arrived home to find that one of the gallons of milk had leaked in the back onto my carpet. Terrible service.
Loved the convenience of click list until today! I had once again become a loyal Kroger shopper - no more! Is anyone having good luck with another location?
Our Kroger ROCKS!!! When they paved the parking lot the number of handicap spaces went from 10 down to 8. I complained and when the manager called back he said he checked with the people who did the paving and they said the number of handicap spaces were the same. But he also told me he had put a request in to add more. I was planning to print out a google earth shot of the parking lot before paving so he could see that I hadn't made up the two missing spaces, but before I could do that we discovered they have added four mor... read more
