I had a very unpleasant experience at the deli counter this evening. I took a number and waited patiently to order. A Caucasian woman came after me and was asked if she could be helped before me. She politely told the lady at the counter that I was here first and she should help me first. Is it too much to ask for to have your groceries packed appropriately? Chemical products should NEVER be in the same bag as food products. Maybe if the bagger and register person weren’t in such deep conversation, they might have noticed the bottle cap on the laundry chemical was off set. Leaked all over the food in the same bag. Not the first time and probably not the last. Extremely disappointed.
Clicklist is not working very good today. I have now been sitting here for 30 minutes. I thought this was supposed to be saving me time. I could have 3/4th of all of my grocery shopping done by now. Please dont offer a service if the company can not have quality control over it.
I was shopping with my 6 year old and she kept asking for a balloon and coming up with good reasons why she needed one. A gentleman named Eric from Clicklist was nearby smiling the entire time my daughter was trying to convince me to get her a balloon. About 10 minutes later, Eric found us in the cereal aisle and had a pink balloon to give my girl. What a sweet gesture! I was shopping here yesterday. This was the first time in years after moving away. The employees always more friendly and helpful here! Yesterday also same level of service! There was over 100 people with full carts getting prepared for the pending winter storm, it was crazy! The store was having major issues with card readers at checkout. The young lady at self checkout was more then happy to help me out! I would not have been so patient with all the angry shoppers.....
I was criticized for bringing too many reusable bags to bag my groceries!! What about reduce, recycle, reuse! Then he over bagged my groceries and but cans in with fruit. I had to re-bag before I even got out the door. Also the cashier kept on leaving his register to help another cashier when there were three other workers standing nearby. These workers were also management because he of course has to ask them questions too. Very disappointing!
