During this trying time, Kroger has maintained a great selection of fresh organic and non-organic vegetables 🍅. Fresh meats and seafood has been maintained for most of this challenging time. Now..... they have Toilet Paper 🧻 in good supply!
Kroger please open your stores fir the elderly ONLY from 7am to 830-9am.... They really need things & some don't have family that can assist.... They need to shop without the Rush & aggressive tendencies of the younger population.... PLEASE give them stress free times to shop!!!!!!
This is the only grocery I go to but time and time again I wonder why I continue to keep going. The prices keep going up and there isn't enough help. Each time I go I have to bag my own groceries whether it is mid-morning, mid-afternoon or evening which is fine if I'm going to get a discount or something off my total bill. Sunday night I was in there at 8:30 pm and I had to bag my own groceries while 3 employees sat a their register and chit chat'd. Clicklist is terrible. 3rd problem in 3 successive trips. 1) sat in line for 45 minutes. 2) missed EIGHT items from the order 3) was just told they were too busy to pull the order and I should come back tomorrow. The level of incompetence is staggering. Customer service, I’m waiting.
The click list and s horrible. If you have paper coupons they can’t seem to take them off the bill after you take the time to clip them and buy the groceries because of the coupons. Then they tell you to just tell them you get $15.00 off on your next clicklist but you have nothing to prove it! So tired of the hassle.
I was just at this Kroger and proceeded to an open checkout lane with a checkout clerk (Brian) who was at the register. I unloaded my cart while he played on his phone. Didn’t acknowledge me, say one word, or even look up. I packed my cart up and went through the self checkout, he didn’t try to stop me! Will not go back! Terrible experience.
Got a big eye roll from Aaron today when I asked if they stopped carrying Pantene hair gel or if it was out of stock. When he confirmed out of stock I asked if they could get it back. He said no it wasn’t up to him. Well even if it’s not, at least get me to someone who can help. I asked to chat with store manager and his attitude got worse. Manager handled matter and I called Kroger customer service. But what a disappointment Aaron was. He needs some training Kroger before he sets off the wrong person. Really Clicklist? I waited 20 mins to get my order and did not receive a receipt. I got home and unloaded groceries and you subbed ONE SMALL carrot for the ONE POUND of carrots I ordered? In what way is that the same??! I was charged 79 cents for the small carrot too. I am highly unsatisfied. Plus you were “out” of Tyson frozen chicken breast which I was counting on for a recipe. This was one of the worst pickups I’ve had from this location.
