The customer service desk creates it's own hours! It's so frustrating to never know what time it will be open.
They normally do pretty good in pickup. My groceries were due at 3pm. My husband got a text the order was pushed to 5pm 10 minutes before the order was due & I was pulling up. That is very frustrating since I had to drive 30 minutes to the store to be told they could not refund me instantly due to me having an online order for 2-3 business days or I had to wait patiently another 2-3 hours because they accepted way too many orders and did not have the workers to fulfill the order.
