If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the floral counter on April 9 2023 to ask if kroger does crosiages. A blonde lady looked at me and asked what kind of flowers and gave 2 options. I said roses. She then asked what kind of ribbon. I said I wasn't sure do you have options I can look at. She then pulled out the options and dropped them in front of me.
