This crappy site put the wrong item in my basket I didn't catch until I paid for called did chat and still couldn't get it canceled and there reps are just clueless now I have to wait till it arrives why do they have a cancel button and reps when nothing works caution don't order online from them you'll be sorry

I drove to this store twice in one day (not to mention I stay in Georgia) to get a grocery pickup. Lord knows the groceries was needed in my home. Upon entering the store location after stating on the app I was on my way no one cared to mention what was about to happen. Worst checkout I've ever experienced -- and at 80 years of age, that's a lot of checkouts. Long lines both at register and at self-checkout. I live within one mile of Smith's and **********-- and I go to Smith's. Two cashiers at checkout. One was very new I imagine because she couldn't find the right prices on the circular for someone else. She tried. Woman next to her tried. Ernesto the cowderly want a be manager.....I ordered a birthday cake that was the most horrible thing I had ever seen. It looked like a pile of poop. I asked for a manager and some want a be named Ernesto showed up. He could have cared less. I told him the problem is they have no staff. They are so cheap. There are hardly have any checkers, no staff and there was no decorator at 2:00 on a Saturday to fix the problem. Although Kroger has good qualities I am always disappointed in their marketing tactics. Make sure you read the fine print! Example: Turkeys on sale for 99 cents a lb. but priced $1.89 lb. Small print has stipulation on size.I hate having to read small print when I am buying groceries. Its so frustrating to be manipulated when all you want is to purchase your groceries and go home.

I found the Kroger department that handles complaints to be the worst service I have ever had to deal with. After I contested a charge I spent over 10 hours to gain their permission for me to be able to get them to accept any credit card and my order was hung up for 5 days. Depending on who I talked to they gave me contradictory information and because of their strong foreign accents none of the 7 or 8 representatives were possible to understand without having them constantly repeat themselves. I am filing this complaint because I was walking with heavy groceries and a guy claiming to be aa manager there chased me in his silver/grayish truck chased me. I never felt more harassed in my life. I should *** him for emotional trauma. It was very traumatizing, and they will not have my business, please watch out for your children's safety (DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE). I would leave zero stars if I could. But I felt I needed to warn you all for your safety.

Your digital coupons are garbage the store in Ripley West Virginia has the rudest people with no customer service skills especially The manager and one particular kid who touches his hair and then touches the customers food . That is disgusting. .
