The new Kroger is great on the inside, but the parking is worse than any store in Ohio that I’ve been to. You have to cross a street to get from the lot to the front door. There is no easy way to get into the building with cars clogging up the road in front of the entrance. I will be going to a different store to avoid this issue. Horrible!!!
I went to the deli to buy chicken. It was covered and person outside deli was polishing covers. He said they don't sell after covered. I asked what time he shut down the chicken. He said he didn't know. They just shut down whenever. They are shot of help. So I repeated what happened to front manager and she said nether her or manager on duty knew anything about deli. She said she would be glad to tell Manager tomorrow. She didn't ask who I was. Made me feel like they didn't care about the customer?? Or about selling there ch... read more
