Cake sucked. $26 for a plain unfrosted cake 1/4 sheet. The moment I picked up the box I knew it was low quality. The box weighed all of about 5 oz. You go to a bakery because you want that beautiful moist dense cake that you can't make it home. This was flavorless fluffy that you would expect from a low-end cake mix. On top of that the staff was rude. Do yourself a huge favor, just go off the road to Meijer. That's where I always go but I needed this cake on short notice and they couldn't get it done. Bakery has never disappointed me so much. I've gotten cakes from them for years but this last one(orange, yellow, purple and blue) I received 10/31/23 was so hurtful. I paid a couple weeks in advance and the results weren't good at all. It looked very unprofessional, icing on top was too much, writing almost unreadable and the decorations went from extra large to small(left to right). It was supposed to be white icing with airbrushed edges
The bakery department needs a whole reality check when it comes to communication!!!
