I LOVE this Kroger! Everyone is always so kind and helpful. But today I had an extra special experience. Cassidy, who works in Clicklist, was my Clicklist woman today! This was my first time using clicklist and she made it super enjoyable. Even though she had to go back and forth FOUR times because I had a coupon and there was a problem with my gift card at first, her smile never left her face. She was extremely kind, enthusiastic, and courteous.
Their smoothie bar was closed at 1:15pm- I watched the cashier pack up her things, pull her drawer, and walk away; she saw me walking toward her. So, I turned to get a smoothie from Starbucks, there the male barista was obviously unconcerned with his job, or helping his coworker who looked to be in training. With 2 orders in front of me, it took 20 minutes to get a single smoothie. Too bad that such a nice, new store is already plagued by employees who display a total lack of interest in customer service.
Customer service at Maryville Kroger really stinks today!!!!
Poorly managed! Always under stocked in every department and things are often expired
Clicklist is a good idea in theory, but poorly executed by maryville kroger. Scheduled an appointment between 4 and 5. Arrived in line at 4:35, and at 5:10 i am still waiting to get my stuff. Could have went in, got all my stuff, and been halfway home by now. First time trying this, and definately my last time. Get rid of this trash and bring back double coupons
Apparently I'm not the only one I have raved about click list since we started using it I absolutely loved the convenience! It is gone down hill significantly!!!! Very frustrated with the amount of substitutions in the amount of things that are not available! We have been buying Perdue perfect portions for years for some reason it was not available through my click list. Celery is not available either??? If I could leave less than one star I would. The selection of products in this store is great and I still shop here just because they have a lot of allergy friendly food for my daughter. I worked in the Starbucks in this store for a few months and witnessed the management treat their employees like garbage. This is a horrible place to work.
