With two toddlers and now a newborn click list seemed like the way to go. We started using click list in august and I have to say until Jan 6th it was a good experience. Just like previous reviews I had the same issue with scheduling a pick up between 4-5. I sat there for an hour with all children in the car (any parent knows how inconvenient that is and how short their patience runs) without moving an inch. Figured I’d try ClickList today for the first time and was not impressed in fact left there angry as could be! I waited almost an hour because there was only one person bringing stuff out and when I called they acted like they didn’t even care! Was told that they were understaffed and there was nothing they can do about it. Not to mention I had some friends who are still there right at this moment whose time was the same as mine 3pm-4pm! My husband ordered groceries yesterday to be picked up today between 5-6 pm and then went to pick up two different times and the cars were backed up - why reserve times if Kroger doesn’t Mean to honor those times? Girl from Kroger told my husband people Who did not pick up on Thursday who were scheduled for Thursday pickup were being waited on first - what? Love this store. They have the best fruit & vegetable selection. We drive over from Seymour because of the selections and friendly staff.
The bakery did an amazing job on a cupcake collage for the baby shower. Couldn't have asked for it to be any better!!!
