Unable to shop down the isle because they always blocking them with these big blue carts. That they use for people that shop online.. apparently these people are more important than the ones that take the time to actually go into the store!!!!
Its sad that Kroger chose to not remain neutral in the culture war between legal gun owners and those who wish to attack those legal rights. I think they have provided excellent service and I enjoyed clicklist. But cannot, in good conscious, spend my grocery dollars at a place that chooses to take sides in such a divisive issue. I only spend 7800 bucks a year with them, which is a small grocery budget compared to others, but hopefully others will do the same thing.
Today a few of your employees sang my daughter happy birthday while we were checking out and made her day!! You guys truly have the best customer service of anywhere in Mount Vernon!
My mom is currently in rehab at Eastern Star located in Mount Vernon, Ohio for a bad fall. This place also serves as a nursing home. On Valentines Day, our local Kroger gave each and every patient a large heart shaped Valentine balloon. It was just beautiful that a big corporation would think about our local sick and elderly patients. Thank you so much, you have no idea how many spirits you lifted with this act of kindness!! �������

The manager is awful. He treats his employees awful I've seen it myself. I think someone needs to look into this..
When I visit my sister there I ALWAYS enjoy shopping at Kroger's. Love the market like atmosphere!!
