I'm at self checkout just a minute ago, casually ringing up my stuff. Every time I was scanning something and putting it in the bag waiting on it to weigh and read the items a message would come on the screen so I still am ringing stuff up cause usually it still will still say it's scanned. While doing so, the woman running the self checkout comes over and basically accuses me of stealing, talking to me like I'm stupid. She proceeds to go through my bags, having a nasty ass attitude. Just got home with my first ClickList order and it was perfect. The gentleman that brought me my order was beyond nice and helpful. Fantastic experience - will definitely use ClickList again!
KROGER without a doubt has the most considerate and helpful employees around. While doing a little grocery shopping, Cullen fell asleep and would NOT let me put him in the buggy while he slept. So, I was left holding him while pushing my cart. A cashier flagged me down as I was making my way over to check out, offered to push my buggy to the register, unloaded my items, and another young man pushed my buggy to my car for me! This mother is grateful for their kindness today. �
As I was leaving KROGER today, a heavy rain was quickly closing in on the parking lot. Of course I did not have an umbrella! One of the young men who works there, Rodney, was on the way in the store. He saw me and followed me to the car to help me try to beat the rain. I had no cash on me, so I told him to not to worry about me because I couldn't tip him. He refused!!! I thanked him profusely. All he said was it was the right thing to do and he smiled the entire time!!! Kudos to Rodney and his parents! What a fine young man!
