The Click List at this location is broken. Management apparently isn't interested in fixing the problem. Online orders are apparently filled based on how fast they can get the order to the customer rather than when the customer reserves a pickup time. Orders are incorrect. Avoid using the online service and pickup at this location unless you want an incorrect order and have to wait a lengthy time to receive the order.

ugh! every time I say no substitutes for my order, some items still get substituted. if it was once and awhile, then cool, but every time!? You can even forget about getting half your order. They are always out of everything!!! I tried to give this store multiple chances, but I'm over it. no thanks, you just lost a customer.

Not health food store but a grocery instead.. lots of unhealthy good tasting greasy and high calorie food.. I highly recommend Kroger for the folks that are not health conscious about food..
Dear folks who work at Kroger.When you see me standing in line at the aisle with a cashier and you say "there is no waiting at self checkout."Please don't take it the wrong way when I say "I don't work at Kroger." It's not meant to be an assholeish statement. My attitude toward self check out is more for your benefit then mine.
