Went to pick up a cake for my sons birthday and I wasn't happy with how it turned out. So the lady that brought the cake to me was trying to fix the situation. The lady that decorated the cake was behind the counter and said that I should have brought a picture of what I wanted. She was very rude and defensive. Friendy Starbucks staff and my coffee is always made perfectly! I usually order my drinks made with almond milk (not because I am lactose intolerant, I just prefer the taste better) and the barista informed me that there is dairy in the caramel sauce before putting it on my drink, just in case I did have an allergy.I greatly appreciated it! It shows that she takes great pride in her job and customer service. �
This Kroger is terrible. I live right across the street and choose to drive 10 minutes to another grocery store across town rather than go to Kroger for large purchases. I cook with fresh ingredients, and the produce is deplorable. I stopped in tonight for fresh leeks and shiitake mushrooms. The bulk mushroom bins were full, but after taking a couple mushrooms from the top, I saw rotten shiitakes underneath. The same was true of the portobello mushrooms. This is not an isolated incident. Please fix your produce section.
