was harshly criticized, ridiculed, & made embarrassed today from my cashier making rude comments & assumptions about my personal life well simply trying to provide groceries for my family 😔. Not deserving in the least bit I've always been very kind & thankful to those working during these hard times did not appreciate nor deserve it. very rude & hurt
poor customer service compared to Amazon Whole Foods, refuses to carry vegan ranch Omega-3 salad dressing

Kroger home delivery is a disaster. I ordered online for home delivery and some ordered items were not shipped, some items were substituted, but Kroger charged me per original online order. The delivery store has no phone # (27322 Carronade Dr Perrysburg, OH 43551) and when I contacted the local store at Bowling Green (OH 43402), they did not have their phone#. Kriger short changed and overcharged me and I am unable to get help. Where do I go?☹️
