Don't ever go to this place. Took them four and a half hours to fill my prescription and then refuse to take my payment. And the manager refuse to do anyting. So basically I wasting my gas and time. And now since it's 9 at night I don't get my medicine and now I have to call out for half a day of work.
nothing. never have enough lanes open. only thing I would recommend is some of the sales they have.

I do shop at Kroger BUT you have got to do something about the increasingly horrible service regarding the number of check-out cashiers. 1 cashier for a store FULL of people ON A WEEKEND!!!! The wait-time board showed the self checkout line to be 30 minutes and the 1 cashier line to be 45 minutes. The Customer Service desk was just as bad. Last Saturday I waited in that line 45 minutes to receive a refund for an over charge. The area around the pharmacy is too crowded with displays. Worst grocery shopping experiences, CONSECUTIVELY, that I've ever had. I'll never go back. Not for me.
If you have a disabled child I don’t recommend this store. No one seems to have any knowledge of what a Caroline’s Cart is & judging by the lack of response from management I doubt that they intend to get one. Kroger on Jonesboro Rd here is what a Caroline’s Cart looks like. The picture here is of the Caroline’s Cart at the Target in McDonough. If Target can get one of these carts then surely Kroger can?
What the heck has happened to this store? We use to shop there and the service was over the top great and cold not have asked for a better experience. I started noticing about a year ago things slipping. My husband and I went this Saturday and I’m questioning whether we will ever return. The parking lot looks like trash.
