RecommendedMy son goes online and orders groceries. Then all I have to do is drive up. Call and tell them I'm there. And someone brings them out to the truck. Great attitudes from the ones bringing the groceries out !!!. Thank you to the young lady that brought them out today. She was extremely nice.🙂🙂🙂
I just received the absolute worst service from someone named Chris in the Kroger pharmacy in McDonough Ga on Jonesboro Rd. Today is June 14th. @146pm. I called to see if my prescriptions were ready, he asked for my birthday and said that there wasn't anything there... then he said, "oh, what's your name?" then they magically was there. I then asked why did he tell me that I didn't have anything? He said, " that doesn't matter, your prescription is ready if you want to come pick it up" then he hung up in my face!
This young lady here is the rudest person ever. I walked up to self check out and went straight to her to try to save her some time with my alcohol purchase. I asked her how she was doing. She did not reply. Just stared at me like an angry Precious. So I told her I was about to make an alcohol purchase and tried handing her my ID. She walked off with no response, went to my basket, scanned the wine, typed whatever in because she NEVER checked my ID and walked off. the other day they had at LEAST 9 self check out registers open and only ONE AND I AM NOT LYING. The cashier even sent someone to check price that I told her was on sale and the other never came back- so I had to leave that item there- plus cashier was talk ABOUT ME to a lady standing in the next register but NOT OPEN- did she really thing I did not notice- how very rude and unbusiness like- non of them give a _____ anymore -just the bottom line- not even the customers
They need to put a DFCs signs right in front of the customer service center cause it’s the same service up in there like DFCs just pay ya bills online people so the customer service people can put up groceries instead that place is insane and ghetto !
Staff is not friendly at all, but it is convenient and I do like Kroger’s own Brand..
i came to this kroger several different times i stopped off at sub and the person that made my sub sandwich put the wrong kind of 🧀 i wanted Colby Jack not 🌶 jack she didn't know the difference between the cheese
No poultry seasoning, crowded isles , narrow isles. Parking lot full of carts.
kroger now charges a 50cent cash back fee if you want cash back after your purchase. I confirmed Publix does not charge a fee for cash back. it may be a small thing, but it's just another way they RIP you off. Goodbye Kroger. Publix is cleaner and offers more anyway.
