Bad customer service. I won't shop here any more.
it was crowded today three registers open and no baggers was waiting in line at least 30 minutes

ALWAYS a 20 wait to check out and pay. Ever since they started the self check out to cut their payroll expenses.
I love Kroger’s but my experience today was not good! I’m never purchasing bulk foods ever again. At Kroger and this girl about 10 picks up gummy candies from two different containers, smells it, then puts it back in the container. I told her “i don’t think that’s a good idea”!and her mom asks what so i told her. Yes i snitched to the office. SMH. I never would have imagined that!

Well they have a fancy set up. Shuttle service, click and scanning, live music, sushi bar, outdoor seating, juice bar, Starbucks, free WiFi, etc. That all goes to the unimportant side of my list when customer service, staffing and managerial presence are literally non-existent. We stood waiting 30 minutes in check out when the parking lot was sparse, bagging our own groceries, and witnessing a young clerk tell an 80+ year old man she was closing her line (to which we let him go in front of us). This Kroger NEVER has enough baggers. I always say I’ll never go back.... maybe this time I’ll learn!
My favorite big grocery, been shopping here for over 30 years. Seldom run across anything I cant find, if so I put in a request and it usually shows up, and I get notified!
