Went to this store today to get my flu shot, which I scheduled an online appointment for last week. Arrived at 2:00 (my appointment time) and at 2:20 I asked the pharmacist to give me my shot. He said he had to fill prescriptions and I had to wait. I reminded him I had an appointment, and he still refused to help me. After he was rude, told me to go to a different Kroger for it, and that I should call the 800 Kroger number I left and got my shot at Target in minutes with no appointment. great idea for seniors at 7 am but only 2 lanes with check out and NO one to help bag. Not senior friendly at all. Days after CDC recommended face masks NOT ONE STAFF was wearing a mask and two at checkout had gloves. I will not return to Kroger, College Mall until the staff and shoppers are protected from Kroger staff with masks NO MASKS NO SERVICE
RecommendedUnhappy with a LENGTHY line to check out and only one set of self checkout registers open plus no regular aisles open.
Only 2 lines open and the store is crowded and the lines are long
Hire cashiers! I’m not paid by Kroger to check and bag my own groceries when I have an entire cart full. Some people don’t have time to shop every couple of days or during the day. Waiting in huge line. One cashier register open . Ugh!
