Love this store! Valentines and Mothers Days aren't the same without Carol calling out "Get yer chock-lit covered STRAAAW-BERRRRIEEEEZ" though.
Beware of a person walking around saying they are handing out a free small bag of makeup. It is a SCAM. They really want $20. They claim they are testing it with customers to sell in the store. I called the manager of the store when I got home and he said he was not aware of anyone selling makeup in the aisle of the store.
I've always had pleasant experiences with the staff at this store. Today was exceptional. I was greeted and/or asked by about 5 staff members (all with specialized jobs) if I was finding everything ok or needed any help. Usually, they would stop whichever job they were doing in order to do this. At the end, I realized I needed a pack of (heavy) bottled water but had only grabbed a basket instead of a cart. A wine consultant, Bob, stopped his wine restocking and offered his unsolicited help, carried my water for me to a close... read more
I Love Krogers !!!! Last Thanksgiving They had associates @ the end of each Aisle to help find things....Awesome !!!!
