Skip the hype and the service of the Click list at Kroger. Looking for true service check out Walmart grocery, H-E-B , or Sams. I just returned from across town with what was not out of stock on my $60+ dollar Click list order. Total received $9.03. Less than 1/2 of the items I ordered were stocked. Recommendedthey had Lysol today! even though you can only buy one per person.
I have frequented this Kroger since they opened. The produce guys are friendly, and absolutely ADORE their loyal cashier named Hope. The new construction is an inconvenience, but hoping it will be worth the trouble. I have been doing curbside, their system is easy to use and the shoppers are friendly. Just wish the young shoppers knew the difference between peaches and nectarines when I am doing my older mother’s order. I’ll order 5 of each, and get two bags with 5 nectarines in each bag. Construction is a nuisance but hopefully it will be over soon!
I love Kroger but I've started noticing so much of your fresh and frozen seafood comes form other countries when we have so many distributors right here in our own USA that it could be purchased from. I don't like buying from china, Chile, Vietnam, Argentina or others. Their laws for preservation, freezing and distribution is not like ours. come on Kroger and let's support our local USA businesses more.
I tried to get a floral arrangement for my mother’s birthday and when I went in to the floral department, there was no one around. I did order a cake to be picked up today so I figured I could get an arrangement off the shelves while picking up the cake. Many of the arrangements were missing price tags and there were two employees in the floral department talking and completely ignored me. It was like I wasn’t even there. Been going there for 3 years. Awesome staff
It was good...out of stock on several items that were in stock when I ordered...had to wait quite a while for order...4 or 5 days
