I shop at this Kroger quite often and usually enjoy my experience. But, today while I was checking out I was trying to make small talk with the cashier. I said something along the lines of "apparently the news is saying we're going to have a gas shortage due to the storm. Last time this happened people freaked out and it actually caused a gas shortage" (I was just joking around). I used click list today and when i arrived at my pick up time i was informed it wasnt ready yet so i took my kids to eat and the back to kroger to grab the groceries. After a while they came out to my car to tell me i could get my stuff up tomorrow morning. They should have called before my pick up time to tell me not to drive out there. Took them and hour and half to tell me i can come back tomorrow...ill shop elsewhere
Click list was phenomenal! Thank you for a great experience! Loaded and paid for in 4 minutes! All products including meat and produce were exceptional. Employees were kind, helpful and efficient!
Kroger (Lowe's Drive) is my favorite! I often forget to scan coupons during checkout. The customer service representatives always give me the coupon value back when I take my receipt and coupons to them. Thank you!!
