I bought snacks for a trip home. All the cheese was moldy. I have pics and a receipt times. I’d like a refund!!! Please message me for that info.
This morning, I went to buy only a few things. I went to the deli, but it must have been to early. I was looking for an obscure Italian meat called pancetta. It wasn’t in the pre-sliced meat area. A lady named Carolyn was stocking deli area. She stopped what she was doing to help me. She even saw that the pancetta that was in the case was old, so she went to the cooler to get a new one. Great customer service! Thanks Carolyn!!!
I just looked closer at the Sam Adams Coffee Beer I picked up a few days ago and it has a sell by date of June 2017. I know that in some stores I have to watch the sell by dates like a hawk but I expected better from Kroger. This is unacceptable.
While we shop at this kroger repeatedly, tonight’s ClickList pickup was a horrible horrible experience. My husband waited 2 hours in the pick up line. When he finally received our order he wanted to speak to a manager but was told it would be another 30 minutes or more. Needless to say he did not wait any longer as he was more than ready to come home. We have never waited over 15 minutes to receive our pickup order. Absolutely horrible service today!!!!!
