Let me just say that Mr. Fred the cashier was so nice and professional. Even my child talked about how nice he was. As well as the stocker Matthew he greeted anyone who came down his aisle.
Overall I like this kroger but I'm about over "joy" - she's sour every time I go in and have a problem. Usually it's a digital coupon that doesn't want to come off. Yes I'd like my savings if I'm buying said items and it's offered. Why is it so hard for her? If this continues I'll take my business somewhere else. I've already spoke with the GM (night shift) which is the shift she works as well.
