Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen
It takes so long to get through the line and we had to bag our own groceries. I didn't see any baggers available. I used to love shopping here but I think I will shop some other place. I absolutely refuse to use the scan yourself machines. If Kroger expects the customer to scan then steeply discount the groceries if that service is used. I feel they put in more machines to hire less people and keep more of the consumers money.
RecommendedSeriously. Used to be a decent store. Now. It’s always a mess. Baskets full of cut up boxes (aka trash) blocking aisles. No carts or baskets inside the door so be sure you grab one from the parking lot and just bring it in with you. Dirty sticky floors. Usually out of whatever it is you went in to get. Lousy at keeping shelves neat and stocked.
Very poor customer service!! The store removed paid cashiers to add more self service check outs and when you need help your treaded like a Red -headed step child for asking.
@Kroger you disappoint! I have always chosen to shop with you as customer service has been amazing. Friday night 430/5pm & only one register open, line thru the store, 30+ minutes of waiting and rude staff I won’t be back. I don’t want to self checkout! Bring back the checkers!
Only 2 check out lanes open. Long lines. Ridiculous.

About 3/4 of the frozen veggie shelves were empty today, most of the frozen Tyson’s products weren’t stocked, and there was multiple empty sections in the cereal aisle among other places. About half of the time I have to bag my own groceries as they don’t have baggers working. The cashiers and baggers are wonderful but I’m concerned as they’re not allowed to have water , at their station, to drink.
